SHIPPING INFORMATION

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping (included in the price of your item) on selected items throughout the store. All items in our store ship ONLY within the continental United States. Depending on the item(s) you are purchasing, and where you are shipping to it may take 1-4 weeks to receive your product(s).

RETURN POLICY

Please contact customer service at 484-369-8540 if you need more information on returning an item. Thank you.

It is imperative that you, the customer, inspect your package(s) thoroughly prior to signing the freight bill provided by the carrier.

If there is any damage to the product(s) or if the products are defective, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the carrier. You must call our office within 24 hours to report any product(s) that were delivered damaged. At our sole discretion after 24 hours, a damaged item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
  • Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed).
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order.
  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to the vendor. Items returned AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for delivery and returns/exchanges of NON-damaged items.


***Important: We DO NOT accept returns for covers that do not fit your egress well due to improper installation of your egress window well. Nor do we accept returns for egress covers that were purchased in the attempt to fit another manufacturer's egress well and failed.***
